Fee for patent grant

 

The fee for patent grant amounts EUR 875,- + 14,- EUR for each page of the patent application exceeding 35 pages.

 

Fees which need to be paid when filing a Euro-PCT application / Renewal fees

Renewal fees:

 

Renewal fees for the Euro-PCT patent application become due in respect of the third year and each subsequent year, calculated from the date of filing of the application.

 

Fees which need to be paid when filing a Euro-PCT application / Extension fee

Extension fee:

 

The extension fee is payable where the applicant wishes to extend the European patent to EPC non-contracting states . Currently such states are Montenegro (ME) and Bosnia and Herzegovina (BA).

Examination fee:

 

In order substantial examination of the Euro-PCT patent application to be made, the examination fee must be paid (A supplementary European Search Report shall be drawn up in respect of any Euro-PCT application).. The request shall not be deemed to be filed until the examination fee has been paid. This fee amounts 1.555,- EUR.
