Fee for patent grant

 

The fee for patent grant amounts EUR 875,- + 14,- EUR for each page of the patent application exceeding 35 pages.

Renewal fees:

 

Renewal fees for the European patent application become due in respect of the third year and each subsequent year, calculated from the date of filing of the application.

 

Fees which need to be paid when filling a European patent application / Extension fee

Extension fee:

 

The extension fee is payable where the applicant wishes to extend the European patent to EPC non-contracting states. Currently such states are Montenegro (ME) and Bosnia and Herzegovina (BA).

Examination fee:

 

In order substantial examination of the European patent application to be made, the examination fee must be paid. The request shall not be deemed to be filed until the examination fee has been paid. This fee amounts 1.555,- EUR.

When filing a European patent application a filing fee has to be paid. within 1 (one) month since filing of the European patent application. The search fee amounts 1.165,- EUR for a European or supplementary European search on an application.
