EPO OFFICIAL FEES WHICH ARE TO BE IMMEDIATELY PAID WHEN FILING ONE EUROPEAN PATENT APPLICATION

According to the regulations of the European Patent Convention (EPC), when filing European patent application the:
Filing fee
Search fee and
Claims fee.
are to be paid to EPO within one month from the date of filing the application .
Filing fee for online filing of one European patent application containing up to 35 pages actually amounts 135,- EUR.
