New Invention: Milk Pasteurization System Using Pulsed Electric Field

Inventors from Thailand presented at the International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva 2014 the invention: “Argon Arc Furnace for High Temperature Alloys Melting in Laboratory”.

In this invention, a laboratory-scale milk pasteurization system using pulsed electric field technique was developed. The developed system can be reduced the energy consumption, the production costs and the treatment time in the production of milk.
