Euro-PCT application / Term for submitting translation into one of the EPO official languages

Translation of the application

 

If a Euro-PCT Application is filed in a language other than one of the EPO official languages (English, German or French) the translation of the application into an EPO official language must be filed within 2 (two) months of filling the application. If it is not filed in time EPO requests rectification of the deficiency. If the deficiency is still not rectified the application is deemed to be withdrawn.
