New Invention: Smart, Efficient, & Easy Blood Glucose Monitor Device

Inventors from Saudi Arabia presented at the International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva 2014 the invention: “Smart, Efficient, & Easy Blood Glucose Monitor Device”.

Some of the people who are using the blood glucose monitor device are not familiar with the numbers that are shown on the device screen. The current devices don’t provide the patient with the historical pattern about his/her blood glucose and it is also not connected with the hospital servers to keep the doctors and emergency department connected about the patient’s cases.

- Colored-based system is applied to give the elderly people and kids ability to understand the number shown on the device’s screen.

- Historical pattern for the patient case can be easily presented to both patient and  his/her doctor as the obtained results are stored every time device used by the patient.

- The situation of the patients can be easily predicted using the historical pattern of the patients.

- Smart decision can be applied in order to help doctors to judge about selected patient case using the other patients’ patterns.

- Doctors are updated regarding to their patients as well as the emergency department and patients’ relatives when needed.

- The position of the patients can be easily determined using GPS system that is attached with the devices.

- Fingerprint may use in order to store the patients data individually.
