New Invention: Shigella and Enteroinvasive E. coli DNA sensor Kit

Inventors from Thailand presented at the International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva 2014 the invention: “Shigella and Enteroinvasive E. coli DNA sensor Kit”.

Shigella and Enteroinvasive E. coli DNA sensor Kit was relied on an inexpensive isothermal DNA amplification and chromatography on specific treated membrane. The test kit is sensitive and specific to all four Shigella species and EIEC strains.
